Using this website
You may use this website to learn about AlwaysDesk and contact us about our services. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the public demo.
About the service
AlwaysDesk describes an AI front-office service that can be configured to answer calls, collect inquiry details, check connected availability, and book appointments. Features and setup depend on each customer’s configuration and connected services. Website descriptions do not create a service commitment, price, or guaranteed result.
Public phone demo
The HVAC demonstration uses a fictional business, AlwaysDesk Heating & Air. It is provided to show a sample call and booking flow. No real HVAC service is provided, and any appointment made during the demonstration is not a real service appointment. Do not use the demo for emergencies or share sensitive personal information.
Booking and third-party services
Business-demo booking is provided through Cal.com, and the live phone demo depends on third-party communications and AI services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. A business-demo booking is a request to meet with AlwaysDesk, not a purchase or service agreement.
Content and availability
The AlwaysDesk name, branding, and website content belong to their respective owners. You may not reuse them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation. We may change the website or demo, and they may occasionally be unavailable. Information on this site is provided for general product information and may change.
