If you book a business demo through Cal.com, the booking service collects the details you enter and shares the appointment information needed for us to meet with you.

Phone demonstration

The public HVAC number connects you to a live AI demonstration. The call service may process your phone number, call timing, and what you say so the demonstration can respond and work through a sample booking. Telephony and AI service providers may process call information as part of delivering the experience. Please do not share sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial information during a demo call. AlwaysDesk Heating & Air is fictional; it does not provide HVAC service.

How information is used

We use information you send to answer inquiries, arrange demos, understand your business needs, and operate the demonstration. Website hosting providers may also process routine technical information, such as IP address and request data, to deliver and protect the website.

Service providers and retention

We use third-party services for website hosting, scheduling, email, and the live phone demonstration. Those services may process information under their own terms and settings. How long information is kept depends on the service and the purpose for which it was collected; we do not publish a single retention period for every type of information.
